As an employee of Regulus, you and your family can receive a number of health and medical benefits that are designed to give you many choices of providers while making it easier to stay healthy throughout your busy life.


We offer a choice between a deductible free HMO and a small deductible PPO medical plans. These plans provide you with comprehensive medical coverage, mental health and counseling benefits as well as prescription drugs. Depending on the plan you choose, alternative treatments such as chiropractic care and acupuncture are also covered.

Dental and Vision

You have the option of choosing from two dental plans – an HMO and a PPO plan. Our vision plan is provided by the Vision Service Plan (VSP).

Flexible Spending Accounts

Regulus offers you two Flexible Spending Accounts that allow you to use before-tax dollars to pay for eligible dependent care or eligible healthcare expenses not paid by a health plan.

Maternity, Adoption and Paternity Benefits

We understand how important time with your “new addition” is and we offer paid maternity, adoption and paternity benefits to all regular employees.


Regulus has an on-site gym with showers as well as a 3 mile running/walking track around our campus.
