Regulus also makes it easy for you to plan for your retirement and for any unexpected situations. Among our retirement planning options, our 401(k) plan allows you to save for retirement, offering a variety of funds in which to allocate investments and providing company matching contributions.
We pay for basic life and accident insurance protection – your total coverage choices include many levels of life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance options and many levels of life insurance for your eligible dependents. You can also take advantage of other convenient services within our two Employee Assistance Programs offered to all employees, their eligible dependents as well as any member of your household. These programs provide for counseling for:

As well as legal and financial guidance.
In the event of an extended illness, you may also be covered by our short-term disability program which covers our employees at 100% of their salary for 90 days and our long-term disability insurance that replaces up to 60 percent of your eligible pay. You may also purchase pet insurance for your other very important family members at reduced rates.
